Southern Indiana state senator wants to replace Pence on ballot

A Republican state senator from southern Indiana has announced he wants to vie to replace Indiana Governor Mike Pence on November’s ballot.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports on the race’s fourth confirmed candidate.
