Indiana State Police Alliance endorses Democrat gubernatorial candidate for first time

The Indiana State Police Alliance has endorsed John Gregg for governor. And as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, it’s the first time ever that organization, which represents Indiana State Troopers, has endorsed a Democrat in the gubernatorial race.

Republican Eric Holcomb’s campaign says Holcomb is committed to including a pay raise for State Troopers in his 2017 budget proposal.
