Indiana Supreme Court mulling Pence e-mails

The Indiana Supreme Court Monday heard arguments about whether certain emails from Governor and Vice President-elect Mike Pence should be made public. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Lindsey Wright reports, legal experts are concerned that a ruling in Pence’s favor would weaken the state’s public records law.
