Indiana Hate Crimes Law Dead for Another Year

Indiana is one of five states without a hate crimes law. That will continue for at least another year. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports on the death of a hate crimes bill in the Senate yesterday (Monday).
