Angie’s List Merging with Colorado Company, HQ Moving West

It appears Angie’s List will need to use it’s own consumer information resources to find a moving company.  The Indianapolis-based firm is moving to Golden, Colorado and merging with Home Advisor, another on-line, user-review business.  The new company will be called ANGI Homeservices, Inc. The $500 million deal is expected to close toward the end of 2017.
