Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill says the state has joined a settlement by Target after a 2013 data breach. The 18-and-a-half-million-dollar settlement comes after the breach exposed some 41-million customers’ credit card information. The breach also revealed contact information for 60-million people. The state will receive slightly more than $623,000 that it can use as it wishes.
