FLASH FLOOD WATCH in Effect Until Tuesday Night

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for portions of Indiana, including these IPR listening-area counties: Delaware, Madison, Henry, Randolph, Fayette, Union, and Wayne.

Other Indiana counties in the Flash Flood Watch include: Carroll, Clinton, Hamilton, Hancock, Howard, Johnson, Marion, Rush, Shelby, and Tipton.

Nearby Ohio counties in the watch include Mercer and Darke.

The Flash Flood Watch is in effect until tonight.

The ground is saturated and there is potential for heavy rain today resulting in flash flooding. Any thunderstorm that occurs could produce heavy rains.
