Dogtoberfest, a twist on the classic Oktoberfest, took place this weekend to provide dogs with the opportunity to run around and play with other four-legged friends. But as IPR’s Alexis Alicea reports, there was a cause behind this celebration that will have an impact on all of Muncie.
