Muncie Crowd Speaks Out About Large I&M Proposed Rate Hike

Your electric bills could be getting more expensive soon. Indiana Michigan Power has proposed a rate hike that would see monthly bills go up by an average of $27 a month for most households.  As IPR’s Tony Sandleben reports, the public got a chance on Monday night to call for the hike to be unplugged.
