A renewable energy company wants to build more than 130 wind turbines across Fulton County as part of a proposed 300 turbine deal between Cass, Fulton, and Miami Counties in northern Indiana, but that’s a problem, because wind farms are banned in Fulton County. County commissioners considered the proposal at a meeting Monday night, which ended in a five-to-five stalemate, so that means commissioners will sit on the plan for now.
