The Anderson Fire Department has closed one of its fire stations, because of bugs.  Anderson Fire Chief Dave Cravens told the Herald Bulletin he had to close Station 7 because of an infestation of bed bugs and ants. The station will likely re-open sometime by Monday. Cravens said there won’t be any reduction in services while Station 7 is cleaned.  The Anderson Fire Department website says the station was built in 1978, and is located at 2230 East 8th Street.
