Two EF-0 Tornadoes Struck Northwestern Indiana, Tuesday

The National Weather Service confirms two tornadoes touched down in northwestern Indiana during Tuesday night’s severe thunderstorms. An EF-0 tornado touched down four miles east-northeast of Covington in Fountain County around 6:30 p.m and it traveled a little over two miles.  Another EF-0 tornado touched down two miles southeast of Buck Creek in Tippecanoe County around 7:10. Both twisters caused significant damage.
