After more than a day on the run, a Muncie man is in jail; police say they believe he is connected to a Monday night homicide on the city’s south side.

Wednesday afternoon, Anderson police arrested Brady Turner and returned him to Delaware County.  He was wanted in connection to the stabbing of Christopher Burgess Jr. earlier this week.

Starting Tuesday, several police agencies searched for Turner on Muncie’s north side. The search expanded after numerous reports of him in Delaware and Madison counties before he was captured.
