Jail Plan Opponents Hold Public Meeting

The Delaware County Council could decide this week whether or not to approve a $45 million jail plan that would turn the former Wilson Middle School into a new justice center and jail.  But some county residents have complained they didn’t have chance to share their opinions at county meetings. IPR’s Chris Hatfield reports some frustrated residents took matters into their own hands over the weekend by holding a meeting of their own.
