Statue Honoring Muncie’s Hurley Goodall To Be Unveiled Thursday

Many people in Muncie know the name Hurley Goodall and what he accomplished during his life in Muncie, Delaware County and state public service. This week, the Delaware County Historical Society is honoring his legacy.  IPR’s Kwaku Dakwa  explains how.
