Ridenour Makes Four More Appointments

Muncie Mayor-Elect Dan Ridenour has made four more appointments to his administration. The appointees were announced in a news release.

Trent Conway becomes the city’s new controller, next month. Conway is the director of financial planning and analysis and assistant controller for Kleenco Maintenance & Construction in Alexandria.

Mikah Wilson will be the administrative assistant to the Mayor. Wilson is a project coordinator in the PPG Lean Transformation Office of Parkview Health in Fort Wayne.

Steve Selvey was appointed Muncie’s new building commissioner. According to the Ridenour news release, Selvey holds an MBA degree. His background is in finance and he has experience operating a local business in the construction industry and real estate.

And Gretchen Cheesman will be the new community development director. Cheesman is a development associate with Flaherty and Collins where her responsibilities include efforts on low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and opportunity zone credits, among other areas.

Ridenour’s administration begins January 1st.
