Ball State’s Board of Trustees announced a special meeting for Thursday at 10 a.m.  Two items are on the agenda:  The approval of a personnel report, and approval of a one-time supplemental payment to coaches and staff in athletics.  Both items will be presented by President Geoff Mearns and Director of Athletics Beth Goetz.
