Mearns Says Ball State Is Ready For In-Person Classes Starting Monday

Ball State students are moving back to campus for in-person instruction with masks at the ready.  Many students are vaccinated; others are still pondering the jab.  Meanwhile, Indiana and Delaware County are seeing rapidly increasing numbers of COVID infections as the Delta variant takes its toll.
