State Road 67 In Jay County To Undergo Bridge Repair Starting Monday, Sept. 13

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced the closure of a portion of S.R. 67 in Jay County for bridge construction work, starting next week.  Crews will start repairs on or after Monday, September 13, between the intersection of S.R. 18, U.S. 27, S.R. 67 and C.R. 450 East. Work is expected to last until Wednesday, September 22.

Drivers should use the posted detour of U.S. 27, S.R. 218, OH 707 and OH 49, or find another route.

In its news release, INDOT reminded drivers to slow down, to use extra caution and to drive distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
