    The deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security says the nation’s vetting process for Syrian refugees is always being strengthened.     (MUNCIE)- A man from Carmel was found guilty on Friday of raping a Ball State University student. Police say that Aaron Jeffery King was found guilty of rape, criminal deviate conduct and strangulation against his ex-girlfriend back in April 2013. King could face up to 50 years in prison at his sentencing in January.
