CPB Compliance

Indiana Public Radio (IPR) and Ball State PBS are joint licensees of Ball State University, which is governed by the Ball State University Board of Trustees and the University’s institutional bylaws. Moreover, Ball State University promotes a culture of respect and civil discourse as evident in The Beneficence Pledge.

  • June 13, 2025 – Budget Meeting (starting at 9:00 a.m.)

Closed Meetings

In accordance with the Indiana Open Door Law, all meetings of the Board shall be open to the public, except in those instances in which that Law allows executive sessions to be held. Any “final action,” as defined in that Law, must be taken at a meeting open to the public. A secret ballot vote may not be taken at any meeting of the Board.

CAB Advice

As a licensee of a public institution governed by a Board of Trustees, IPR is not required by CPB to have a Community Advisory Board as the Ball State Board of Trustees serves in this capacity.
