FCC Regulatory Compliance
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires all broadcasters to provide an annual EEO report detailing their outreach efforts, which is available here and in IPR’s Public File.
Indiana Public Radio is an Equal Opportunity Employer. In accordance with the FCC’s EEO regulations, any organization that distributes information about employment opportunities to job seekers or refers job seekers to employers may request that it be provided notice of WBST-FM job vacancies as they occur.
Qualified groups including recruitment organizations, broadcasters, or broadcasting associations that would like to be notified of full-time job vacancies at IPR may send a written request to:

Requests should include the following information: name of organization, mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, name of contact person, and identify the category or categories of vacancies of which it requests notice. (An organization may request notice of all vacancies).
