Open Door Health Services

Open Door Health Services is a not-for-profit, federally qualified health center. It provides comprehensive primary, urgent, and preventative healthcare services to individuals and families throughout East Central Indiana regardless of their health insurance status. ODHS offers specific services through multiple locations in Muncie, Anderson, Richmond, and Marion.

The organization says its mission is to improve the quality of life of its patients by providing affordable health care services.
