Muncie By Five

Muncie By Five is a Muncie Action Plan initiative that has identified early childhood development as a high priority for Delaware County. Its goals include stepping up the quality and availability of childcare; addressing health issues such as hunger and immunizations; developing support systems to help parents serve as their children’s first teachers; and initiating summer schools for rising kindergartners.
