Taylor University crash survivor remembers identity switch after 10 years
It’s been 10 years since a van crash killed four students and a staff member from Taylor University in Upland. As IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, after the identities of two women in the crash were switched, the case shocked the country and changed state law.
